Joint investigation group caught 280 quintals of paddy whereas finishing up unlawful transport

On the directions of District Collector Rajat Bansal, a joint investigation group of Revenue, Food Department and Agricultural Produce Market investigated the paddy transport. During this time, 394 bora paddy weighing 280 quintals was seized by the group for unlawful transportation. These embrace 84 sacks from Balram Sinha, resident of Aroud Leelar, village Tasi, 60 sacks from Bhubaneswar Sinha of district Kanker, 100 sacks from Abhay Sahu of Chichbod district Balod and 150 sacks from Manoj Sahu of village Sura district Balod.
