Power provide from 11 KV Atal Jyoti Pump Feeder, Chicholi and Malda originating from Nandghat energy substation is operating easily. There are 520 pump shoppers in Malda feeder and 480 in Chicholi feeder.
Officials of the Electricity Department mentioned that previously, the faults within the overhead traces resulting from thunderstorms and celestial lightning have been changed with instant impact and the damaged pillars have been changed on precedence. Electricity is being provided from Malda and Chicholi feeders to the villages of Adar, Semaria, Kirta, Nandghat, Karamsen, Chicholi, Khapri and Khaira villages of Nandghat distribution middle. Similarly, energy provide was disrupted for some days in Ghursena, Murra and Darrikhar villages resulting from defective transformers resulting from robust storm, which has been rectified.
