Self-help group is preparing fertilizer from Gothan, group is involved in animal protection and livelihood

Cooperative society and other works in various gram panchayats of district panchayat Saja area were inaugurated by the state agriculture minister Ravindra Chaubey in the past. During this, the villagers were told significant achievements in the context of the important scheme of the Chhattisgarh government, Godan Nyaya Yojana. Detailed information was given on how the women of self-help groups as well as cattle farmers, farmers and common people are directly benefited from the Godhan Nyaya Yojana.
           On this occasion, dung procurement was also formally launched by the Minister Shri Choubey at Gauthan site built in Gram Panchayat Mohtra in which cow dung was sold by 2 cattle herders of the village as well as self-help groups in Gram Panchayat Mouhabhatha, Deurgaon. The vermi manure produced by the cooperative was made available for sale in the cooperative society Mohgaon At present, 19 Gothans built in first phase under Panchayat Saja have started procurement of cow dung under Godan Nyaya Yojana, about 12000 quintal of cow dung has been purchased since the inception and 150 women of about 25 SHGs have been purchased from cow dung. The process of preparing manure is in progress at the Gauthan site by adding to the gram panchayat Mauhabhatha, Deorgaon, Tipni, Distribution of fertilizer manufactured in Mahidhi etc. Gram Panchayats has also been started, in which about 30 quintal fertilizer has also been sold. Janpad Panchayat CEO Saja Kanti Dhruv and villagers were present in the program.
