Tehsildar sold government land without collector’s permission, then got the name transferred wrongly, Divisional Commissioner suspended him

Durg. Durg Divisional Commissioner Satya Narayan Rathore has suspended Tehsildar Prafull Kumar Gupta with immediate effect for gross negligence in work. The accused Tehsildar sold the land received from the government without the permission of the Collector and transferred the land against the rules, after which the Divisional Commissioner has taken this action. During the suspension period, his headquarters office has been fixed as Collector Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki.
