TODAY’S TOP NEWS: The Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh held a press conference in the capital today, during which he gave information about the projects related to the National Highway. He informed that for the year 2024-25, provisions for about 18 projects in Chhattisgarh have been approved by the Center. For this, the state government will get Rs 3289 crore from the Center. Also, a provision of Rs 35 crore has been made for the survey and DPR of eight works of 1006 km length proposed in the future.

Chhattisgarh CM Vishnudev Sai has started the Jandarshan program. On June 27, this weekly program was organized at the Chief Minister’s residence office in the capital Raipur. In this series, the second Jandarshan program will be organized tomorrow i.e. Thursday, July 4 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Chief Minister’s residence office.

The police has solved the murder case of a 24-day-old infant girl. The murder was committed by none other than the girl’s mother and she fabricated a story of her disappearance to mislead the police. The police have arrested the accused woman. The entire case is from village Kirari of Masturi police station area.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will honour the children of construction workers registered under Chhattisgarh Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board at his residence tomorrow on 4th July at 10.30 am. During this, CM Sai will distribute a cheque of Rs 2 lakh to the children of workers under Mukhyamantri Noni-Babu, Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana as incentive amount of Rs 1 lakh each and Rs 1 lakh for purchasing a scooty. State Labor Minister Lakhanlal Devangan will also be specially present on this occasion.

District Self-Employed Cooperative Development Committee Limited Raipur has invited applications from the unemployed of the district to start their own business. In this, the benefit of bank-sponsored Antyodaya Self-Employment Scheme and Tribal Self-Employment Scheme will be given to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category. Under this scheme, the economic condition of the educated unemployed of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category can be improved by giving them loans through the bank under the Antyodaya Self-Employment Scheme.
