Jharkhand High Court Judge in Chandrapura: A state -level Legal Services cum Empowerment Camp was organized on Saturday at DVC Maidan in Chandrapura in Bokaro district. In this camp organized by the District Legal Services Authority Ranchi, the District Legal Services Authority Bokaro and the District Administration Bokaro, the distribution of assets worth Rs 165.44 crore between the primitive tribes and the weaker sections of the society was distributed directly and virtual. Justice Prasad said- Bread, clothes, houses are necessary for life
Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad said, ‘It is our endeavor that the government’s plans should land on the ground. Bread, clothes and houses are essential for life. If women become strong, then home, society and country will become stronger. Today, those who have got the benefit of government schemes, they should go to the villages and promote it, so that others can also get benefit.
‘Need to connect the Birhor and Pahadia tribes to the mainstream’
Justice Prasad said that Birhor and Pahadia tribes need to be connected to the mainstream. With the efforts of all, the primitive words from the tribe should be removed, it should be tried. He said that even today there are social evils like witch practice and atrocities on women, which is a stigma for educated society. Today knowledge is important. The evils will be removed only when the society is educated.

Schemes empowering women continue to run-Ranjana Asthana
Justice Pradeep Srivastava said that the goal of this camp is to provide profit and strength to the weaker sections. Kumari Ranjana Asthana said that the purpose of the camp is to provide benefits of the schemes to the last person of the society. Schemes that empower women keep running so that the whole society develops.

3.07 lakh women are getting the benefit of the honor scheme in Bokaro district
DC gave information about the welfare and development schemes being run in Bokaro district and discussed the major achievements. Said that the benefits of schemes are being given to the needy. In the district, 3 lakh 75 thousand women are being given the amount of Mannian Samman Yojana. DVC officials including several officers of the district and block were present in the program. On reaching the earlier program, the guests were welcomed by presenting traditional tribal folk dances and by giving them lota-water.

CSR department stall appreciated by CTPS management
The guests had set up a total of 25 stalls in the camp along with various departments including CCL, DVC and various banks. The guests visited it. In the stall installed by the CSR department of CTPS, CTPS General Manager Dr. DC Pandey and Abhijeet Ghosh told them that DVC works in their command area. Local youths are also being trained through DVC ITI. He said that women are also being trained to make different goods including sewing and weaving. In the stall, a judge appreciated the goods made by bamboo by women.

Chief Guest Judge Judge cum Jhalasa Executive Chairman Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, Judge Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, Kumari Ranjana Asthana, DIG Surendra Jha, DC Vijaya Jadhav inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. The department’s assistant Srivats along with Kanchan Smita Toppo, Amit Sinha, Mo Over, PK Bhandari and others were present on the occasion. A stall of iron materials and traditional weapons made in Bhendra was also set up. Everyone was impressed by seeing this stall.
