JAIPUR: Around 400 farmers from Kerala have joined the continuing agitation close to the Rajasthan-Haryana border in opposition to three new farm legal guidelines.
A gaggle of farmers from Kerala got here to Alwar’s Shahjahanpur on Friday to take part within the sit-in launched by Sanyukt Kisan Morcha in opposition to the Centre’s farm legal guidelines, former CPI (M) MLA Amra Ram stated.
He stated the farmers are protesting on a 3-km stretch of the freeway, which has one service lane opened for locals.
“The farmers are protesting under intense cold conditions but the Centre is not bothered,” he added.
