THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Heavy rains which pummelled a number of components of Kerala in the previous couple of days induced flooding in varied areas of the state and led to the closure of academic establishments there on Tuesday.
A vacation was declared by the district administration for academic establishments in Kottayam, Vaikom and Changanassery taluks the place 17 reduction camps are offering shelter to round 246 folks resulting from flooding in these areas.
