Lakshadweep to determine paramedical school to create job alternatives for locals

KOCHI: As a part of the efforts to reinforce well being infrastructure within the islands, the Lakshadweep administration will set up a paramedical school in Kavaratti quickly.
The school will likely be established beneath Skill India Mission and goals to create job alternatives for the native residents, stated collector S Asker Ali.
The Lakshadweep division of well being companies has obtained affiliation for operating 5 paramedical programs on the school. The programs are diploma in medical laboratory expertise, diploma in X-ray expertise, diploma in operation theatre expertise, certificates programs in ophthalmic assistant and CT scan technician. The programs are affiliated with Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS).
