Two aged ladies die in street accident in Thrissur

THRISSUR: Two aged ladies, together with a pedestrian, died when a automobile misplaced management whereas negotiating a curve at Pariyaram close to Chalakudy in Kerala’s Thrissur district on Wednesday.
Pedestrian Anu, 74, and Annie, 60, who was travelling within the automobile, are the victims. Car driver Thomas, a local of Konnakuzhi, is critically injured and is admitted to St James Hospital, Chalakkudy, police mentioned.
According to eyewitnesses, the automobile hit the pedestrian whereas negotiating a curve, misplaced management, and hit a tree on the roadside.
Anu, the spouse of Devasya, is a local of Chilayi close to Pariyaram whereas Annie, the spouse of Thomas, is a local of Konnakuzhi. The accident befell at 6 am.
