Cabinet assembly permitted below the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan Bhopal: The Religious Freedom Bill, 2020, approval of the Council of Ministers Bhopal: Saturday, December 26, 2020, 13:43 IST Had a digital assembly. The Council of Ministers permitted the ‘Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Bill, 2020’ to be offered to the Legislative Assembly. Religious freedom has been offered to all residents of India below Articles 25,26,27 and 28 of the Constitution of India. The goal of this proper is to take care of the spirit of secularism in India. The Freedom of Religion Act was handed within the 12 months 1968 within the state of Madhya Pradesh and its guidelines had been made within the 12 months 1969. In the present surroundings, resulting from inadequate provision of the stated Act, the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Bill, 2020 has been permitted by the Council of Ministers to be offered within the Legislative Assembly.
