Naiduniya Representative, Gwalior. An attempt has been made to defraud private college teacher Vaibhav Sharma by digitally arresting him. Vaibhav got a call on Wednesday morning. The caller first pretended to be a customs officer and then a crime branch officer and tried to cheat Vaibhav by digitally arresting him. It was fortunate that Vaibhav exercised caution, due to which he was saved. He has complained about this matter to the cyber crime wing of the crime branch.
Vaibhav lives in the city centre. A call came on his mobile at around 8.30 in the morning. The caller said that drugs were found in his parcel. This was caught at the airport. This phone is being transferred to the Delhi Crime Branch officer. When Vaibhav talked to another person he said that he was calling from the crime branch. He will have to talk on video call to file the statement online. Vaibhav read about police statements on Google, then talked to one of his acquaintances and found out that online statements do not exist. After this Vaibhav did not take that call.
Bail warrant issued for PS and Director of Fisheries Department
The Gwalior bench of the High Court on Wednesday issued bailable warrants against Fisheries Department Principal Secretary Kalpana Srivastava and Fisheries Department Director Bharat Singh during the hearing of the contempt petition filed by Fisheries Department employee Ram Swaroop Kushwaha. . Warrants have been issued against both the officers for not resolving the service related problems of the Appellant even after the court order and for not appearing in the court.
Appellant Ram Swaroop Kushwaha was appointed as a daily wage employee in 1993. This appointment was canceled in 1999 and, if disputed, was referred to the Labor Court for adjudication. The Labor Court dismissed the case in 2005. After which the appellant filed a writ petition in the High Court.
Accepting the petition, the Appellant was reinstated with his previous pay. But even after this, the reinstatement of the Appellant was not done as per the requirement and there was a dispute regarding regularization also.
