Naiduniya Representative, Indore: BJP Minority Front Vice President has sent a legal notice to former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha member Digvijay Singh. In this, Singh has been asked to apologize and publish regret in newspapers. The matter is related to the land of Waqf Board.

Letter to Central Waqf Council Chairman Kiren Rijiju

Digvijay Singh wrote a letter to Union Minority Welfare Minister and Central Waqf Council Chairman Kiren Rijiju on August 12. In this, he has complained about the occupation of land worth crores of rupees of MP Waqf Board adjacent to a private hospital located on Indore bypass by BJP leader Nasir Shah and others.

The court has given a stay

The land case is going on in the High Court. The court has given a stay and ordered to keep the status quo. It is alleged that despite the stay, encroachment is being done by Nasir Shah and others. Digvijay Singh also shared this letter on his social media account.

Defamation worth Rs 10 crore

In this case, BJP leader Nasir Shah has sent a notice through his lawyer saying that the letter has been posted publicly on social media accounts before the investigation of the complaint in this case is completed. He should publish an apology for this in leading newspapers as well as pay Shah Rs 10 crore as compensation for defamation of his social and political reputation.
