Independence Day 2024: Independence Day is being celebrated with great pomp in the capital

Sports Director Dr. Ravi Gupta hoisted the flag at TT Nagar Stadium. Former IKCA President BS Kushwaha hoisted the flag at Chhote Talav. Collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh hoisted the flag at Collector’s Office.

Bhopal. The 78th Independence Day is being celebrated with great pomp in Madhya Pradesh, flag hoisting ceremonies are being organized at various places. There is a festive atmosphere in the entire city. People are celebrating Independence Day by hoisting the tricolour in their homes and vehicles. Flag hoisting programmes have been organized in schools, colleges, government and private offices. The tricolour is also fluttering on the sports grounds of the capital.

Director Sports and Youth Welfare Department Dr. Ravi Kumar Gupta hoisted the flag at TT Nagar Stadium. On this occasion, Joint Director BS Yadav, District Sports Officer Vani Sahu, Vikas Kharadkar, Rubika Diwan, Sanjeev Gupta, Kshipra Srivastava, CEO KK Upadhyay were present.

Collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh hoisted the flag at Bhopal Collector’s office. During this time, all ADMs, SDMs, Deputy Collectors, Tehsildars and other officers and employees were present.

Independence Day was celebrated by the students in Nav Yuvak Sabha School located in Sant Hirda Ram Nagar. The girl students did a march past.

The mayor hoisted the flag at ISBT

Mayor Malti Rai saluted the flag on the occasion of 78th Independence Day at the ISBT office of the Municipal Corporation. On this occasion, children of corporation employees and health officials were also honored.
