Naiduniya Representative, Indore. Indore generates the highest revenue from the purchase and sale of properties in the state. In the first four months of the financial year 2024-25, from April to July, 8.86 percent more properties were sold in Indore than in the previous financial year. Till July 31, 57498 documents were registered in the district and revenue of Rs 724.73 crore was received. In the month of August, till the 12th, 6124 documents and revenue of Rs 12.92 crore have been received.

The high jump in buying and selling of properties in Indore district continues. In the 4 months of this financial year, 57498 documents have been registered in the district, which is 8.86 percent more than last year. Last year, 52816 documents were registered during this period. This time 4682 more documents have been registered.

Revenue has also increased by 64.37 crores in this financial year compared to last year. This financial year, 724.73 crores were received and in the last financial year, 660.37 crores were received. Senior Registrar Deepak Sharma says that property documents are being registered continuously in the district. More documents are being registered in the outskirts of the city.

The district has a target of Rs 3077 crore

The registration department has given a revenue target of Rs 3077 crore to Indore district in the financial year 2024-25. Indore district has earned 23 percent of the annual target revenue. This time, even after the increase in guideline rates, a large number of documents are being registered. Documents are being registered at more than 5100 locations in the district.

202 crore revenue in July

In Indore district, 16457 property documents were registered in the registration office in July, whereas 14287 documents were registered in July last year. This month 2170 more properties were sold. Talking about revenue, in this also 36.24 crore rupees more revenue has been received as compared to July last year. This time 202.81 crore revenue was received in July.
