Naiduniya representative, Jabalpur. Railway’s Deputy CTI along with his two TT companions threatened a girl in the middle of the road. This girl had earlier lodged a case against the Deputy CTI in Gorakhpur police station accusing him of rape and many other charges. Deputy CTI and his companions pressurized the girl to withdraw this case. On the girl’s report, Kent Police has registered a case against the three railway employees.

This is the whole matter

Nakul Kumar Singh, a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand, is posted as Deputy CTE in Jabalpur Railway. Nakul lured a girl working in the railway with the promise of marriage. He brought her with him to Jabalpur in the year 2023.

He kept her in a live-in relationship in a rented flat in Gorakhpur. He kept raping her on the pretext of marriage. He made physical relations with her every time by promising to marry her.

When the girl put pressure on him for marriage, Nakul refused to marry her. Then the girl lodged a report of the case in Gorakhpur police station on 12 June 2024.

She had come to the city in connection with the case

On August 31, the girl came to Jabalpur by train in connection with the case. She was passing near Circuit House No. 1 on foot, when Deputy CTI Nakul reached there with his colleagues TT Aman Shah and Aniket Yadav. All were riding a bike, all three blocked the way of the girl.

The three threatened her that if she does not withdraw the FIR lodged in Gorakhpur, they will kill her. When the girl protested, the accused misbehaved with her and tried to pull her dupatta.

During this, the victim fell on the ground and got injured. On the report of the girl, Kent Police registered an FIR in the case on September 1.
