Madhya Pradesh for the welfare and improvement of each migrant employee Committed: Chief Minister Shri Chouhan Madhya Pradesh Pravasi Shramik Commission constituted Bhopal: Friday, June 26, 2020, 19:37 IST Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has stated that each laborer siblings returned to the state within the time of Corona disaster, in line with their advantage. Madhya Pradesh is dedicated to the welfare and improvement of its households and for this goal, Madhya Pradesh State Migrant Workers Commission has been shaped. We will make their livelihood so easy within the state that they don’t have to go to different states once more for livelihood. According to the announcement of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, orders had been issued right this moment by Labor Department to represent ‘Madhya Pradesh State Labor Commission’. The tenure of the fee can be two years. The chairman of the fee would be the nominee by the state authorities. The state authorities has set the duties and aims of the fee. The fee must submit essential suggestions to strengthen the social and financial standing of migrant employees of the state. The fee will submit its ideas, suggestions and proposals to the state authorities in session with the members or with different people, organizations, departments, circles and so on. This consists of the efficient implementation of the prevailing legal guidelines for the welfare of migrant employees, creation of employment alternatives and ability improvement and safety of migrant employees and their households. Simultaneously, the fee will have the ability to present advantages to the migrant employees and their households within the prevailing social safety and welfare schemes of the state and make some other advice within the curiosity of the migrant employees. The fee can have two members nominated by the state authorities. In the order issued by the Labor Department, it has been instructed that the work space of the Commission would be the total Madhya Pradesh state. Under this, such migrant employees, who’re native to Madhya Pradesh, who had been working as laborers in different state and returned to Madhya Pradesh on or after March 1, 2020.
