There is to be recruitment of Police Constable (GD) and (Radio) in MP. Earlier this process was stuck due to Lok Sabha elections. Now heavy rains have put a halt to police constable recruitment.
Gwalior (MP Police Recruitment Physical Test). In Madhya Pradesh, the physical efficiency test for the recruitment year 2023 of Police Constable (GD) and (Radio) has been postponed once again. Due to heavy rains in many areas of the state including Gwalior and Ujjain, the grounds where the efficiency test was to be taken have been damaged. In such a situation, it had to be taken forward.
According to the new order, the physical efficiency test to be held on September 30, October 1 and October 2, 2024 has been rescheduled. Now this test will be taken on 18, 19 and 20 November 2024 respectively. There has been no change in the test centre, venue and remaining dates. Concerned candidates can download their revised date admit card from the website of Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board.
Physical efficiency test was stopped due to code of conduct
Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board is recruiting for 7411 posts. Out of these, results for 13 percent posts were withheld due to OBC reservation. The physical efficiency test was to be held after the release of the results of the recruitment test. But it was postponed due to the code of conduct for Lok Sabha elections.

Recruitment for 6 thousand constable posts was done in 2023.
Before this, in 2023, recruitment was done on the posts of 6 thousand police constables. After this, advertisement was issued again in the state in June 2023 for recruitment to the posts of 7411 constables. This process has been going on since then. Of these posts, 33 percent are reserved for women.

Police recruitment physical efficiency test is to be held in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Rewa, Ratlam, Balaghat, Sagar and Morena of Madhya Pradesh. More than 200 candidates will take part here every day. Out of these, 15 percent will be women candidates.
