No proof of chook flu on poultry, meat retailers won’t be closed within the state – Animal Husbandry Minister Shri Prem Singh Patel Bhopal: Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 19:35 IST Animal Husbandry Minister Shri Prem Singh Patel has mentioned that the state’s poultry farms and No unnatural deaths have been reported in chickens in yard poultry. Therefore no gross sales associated restrictions have been imposed on meat retailers. These retailers will stay open with full warning and vigilance. All the collectors have been instructed to carry conferences with poultry farmers and professionals, to forestall chook flu, cleanliness in poultry farms and inform most of the people concerning the good use of poultry merchandise. Reported that the virus present in crows is H5N8, whereas in chickens, the virus is often H5N1. State-level and district-level management rooms have been established in Bhopal.
