State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal: On the initiative of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Regional Industry Conclave will be held at Gwalior headquarters on Wednesday in the next series of Regional Industry Conclave which started at the divisional headquarters of the state. Eminent industrial representatives and investors have been invited to speed up the industrial development of Gwalior-Chambal region.
Investment potential in Gwalior-Chambal
Preparations for the “Regional Industry Conclave” to be held at Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Agricultural University in Gwalior have been completed. Along with this, the City of Music (Sangeet Nagari) Gwalior is getting ready to welcome the invited guests. One-to-one meet will be the most important aspect in the conclave. In this, big industrialists and investors will explore the possibilities of investment in Gwalior-Chambal region. Along with this, they will open their treasures for investment.
Godrej, Sanghvi to expand food units
Industrial units already established in Gwalior-Chambal like Jamna Auto Industries, Godrej Consumer Products, Supreme & Mandalays, Sanghvi Food and Montage Enterprises will expand their units and invest a capital of about Rs 2,260 crore. This will provide employment to more than 4,500 people.
Many investors including Adani, Reliance Industries
Senior directors and officials of renowned companies like Reliance Industries, AGI Green Pack, Accenture Industries, Prime Gold, OFV Tech, BR Group, Marble Vinyls and Modern Techno, including Karan Adani, Managing Director, Adani Ports and SEZ Limited, are bringing industrial investments to the conclave.

Trade commissioners of six nations will also attend the conclave. Apart from this, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar and state government ministers Prahlad Patel, Tulsiram Silawat, Chetan Kumar Kashyap, Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Karan Singh Verma, Ramniwas Rawat, Edal Singh Kanshana, Govind Singh Rajput and Rakesh Shukla along with other ministers of the state government will attend the conclave.
