Samarthan Mulya: Registration started for procurement of paddy, jowar and millet at support price

Naiduniya Representative, Indore (Samarthan Mulya). The farmer registration process has been determined for the procurement of paddy, jowar and millet at the support price in the Kharif marketing year 2024-25. Farmers can register from 19 September to 4 October.
The system of farmer registration has been made simple and easy. Farmers will be able to register themselves from their mobile phones while sitting at home. Farmers will be relieved of the problem of standing in queues at registration centres to get registered.
Apart from the facility of registration of farmers through mobile, other arrangements have also been ensured. Free registration facility has been provided at the facility centers established in the Gram Panchayat and Janpad Panchayat offices, at the facility centers established in the Tehsil offices, at the registration centers run by cooperative societies and cooperative marketing institutions and also on the MP Kisan mobile app.
Paid registration system
Paid arrangements for registration have been made at MP Online Kiosk, Common Service Centre Kiosk, Public Service Centre and Cyber Cafes run by private individuals. The Collector will issue instructions regarding receiving the fee for registration at these centres.
A fee of not more than Rs 50 will be fixed per registration. For farmer registration, it will be mandatory to keep a record of land related documents and farmer’s Aadhar card and other photo identity cards after proper verification.
The facility of registration of Sikmi, sharecropper, Kotwar and forest lease holder farmers will be available only at the registration centers run by cooperative society and cooperative marketing cooperative institution. Verification of 100% farmers of this category will be done by the Revenue Department.
