Today’s superb Golden Victory Torch for NCC Cadets on the NCC Headquarters in reverence – Suman Bhopal Golden Victory Torch was warmly welcomed by NCC Group Director Brigadier Sanjoy Ghosh at NCC Headquarters, Bhopal.
