Balasore: A nice of Rs One lakh was slapped on Balasore SP, Niti Shekhar for refusing to supply info to an Right To Information (RTI) activist.
The nice was slapped by Odisha Information Commission which additionally directed the SP to supply the knowledge to the RTI activist inside per week’s time.
An RTI activist Banaja Manjari Mishra had filed for an RTI on the arrest of an individual recognized as Subrat Behera of Bhogarai space in three instances at a time registered towards him at Khaira, Simulia and Soro police stations again in 2016.
