12-year-old woman raped in Nayagarh district of Odisha | KalingaTV

Nayagarh: In one other rape case from Nayagarh district, a 12-year-old minor woman was allegedly raped in Khandiabandha village in Champapedi space below Chandpur police station on Wednesday.
It is to be famous that earlier, a minor woman was allegedly raped and murdered in Jadupur village of the district and a minor boy has been arrested on this connection.
The accused has been recognized as Premananda alias Manguli Behera (35) of Khandiabandha village.
As per stories, the accused lurked into the home of the sufferer when she was alone on the house. The sufferer’s father works as a labourer in Andhra Pradesh.
The sufferer lives along with her mom and brother. However, on the fateful day her mom and brother had gone to a different village to attend a feast.
Taking benefit of this, the accused lurked into the home from the again door and allegedly raped the minor woman.
Since the minor’s home is situated a bit away from the village, nobody heard the juvenile’s screams. Following the crime when the sufferer was bleeding the accused deserted her and fled from the scene.
Shortly after the incident, the mom and brother of the woman reached their home and located the woman mendacity in a pool of blood and in an unconscious state. Later, when the woman regained consciousness, she narrated her mom the whole lot concerning the incident.
Within no time the mom of the minor went to the accused’s home to inquire concerning the incident. However, the accused there bagged to excuse him after bowing down on the toes of the girl.
After figuring out concerning the incident the villagers tried to compromise the case. However, the sufferer’s mom lodged a criticism at Chandpur police station yesterday.
On the premise of the criticism, a case has been registered and additional investigation is underway.
In the in the meantime the sufferer was taken to Tangi Medical after which Khordha medical for medical check-up.
