Berhampur: In a horrifying incident, a youth slit the throat of a nine-year-old woman at Sural village beneath Golanthara police limits in Ganjam district of Odisha.
The woman was rushed to Berhampur MKCG Hospital in a vital situation. Angry villagers chased the youth and thrashed him black and blue earlier than handing him over to the police.
