B.Tech Admission Without JEE, OJEE: AICTE’s Decision Elicits Mixed Response

Bhubaneswar: The resolution of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to permit college students who haven’t appeared for the OJEE or JEE to take B.Tech admission on the idea of entry-level qualification and eligibility standards prescribed by it has generated blended response amongst college students.

Earlier, the Odisha Private Engineering Colleges Association (OPECA) had filed a writ petition within the Orissa High Court after the State authorities declined to increase the advantages as per the AICTE  round and the Skill Development and Technical Development Department was made a celebration within the petition.
