SAMBALPUR:  Ego is the main reason behind conflicts and peace can come solely when it’s dropped, stated Sundargarh MP Jual Oram whereas addressing college students of Sambalpur University (SU) on Monday.  Inaugurating a two-day nationwide workshop on ‘Conflict Resolution and Peace Research: Issues and Perspective’, the MP, who can also be the chairman of Parliament Standing Committee on Defence, urged upon college students to maintain working onerous with out specializing in outcomes. “Working hard with honesty is in our hands but not the result. Many unexpected things will come in life and you should always remain prepared to face any eventuality that comes your way,” he stated.

Vice-Chancellor (VC) of SU Sanjiv Mittal, who presided over the assembly, stated data, ability and constructive angle are important to realize success in life. Appreciating the trouble of SU’s Career and Counseling Cell in organising the workshop, the VC urged the scholars to launch start-ups.
