Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the .FEST, the town pageant of Bhubaneswar, on the Idco Exhibition Ground right here immediately.
Patnaik inaugurated the nine-day pageant of music, dance, meals, story-telling, and extra, within the presence of a number of Odisha Ministers, MLAs, BMC Mayor, bureaucrats and different dignitaries.
