Fake Products Of Top Detergent Brand Seized In Sambalpur, 2 Detained

Sambalpur: Police on Saturday raided a godown and seized 239 packets of detergent powder of a high model from Nuapada space underneath Bareipali space of Sambalpur district.
The raid was carried out after 5 packets of duplicate detergent powder have been seized from a store in Khetrajpur space. On the idea of the knowledge from the store proprietor, the searches have been carried out on the godown.
During the raid, an government of the detergent model discovered that among the samples on the godown are adulterated.
Each packet comprises 120 pouches of detergent of 90 gm every.
Ainthapali and Khetrajpur police have detained two individuals on this connection. Two separate instances have been filed over violation of copyright and a probe has been launched. The seized detergent shares will likely be despatched for laboratory take a look at, police mentioned.
Additional SP and inspectors-in-charge of two police stations have been a part of the raid. The police refused to disclose additional particulars concerning the case.
According to sources, the detergent firm after receiving complaints relating to its high quality had been checking the veracity of the allegations.
