Family courts important for peaceable society: Chief Justice

CUTTACK: Chief Justice of Orissa High Court S Muralidhar on Wednesday stated the success of a household court docket determines how harmonious and peaceable a society is. “Otherwise, there is generally a negative impression about such courts that these are places where disputes are not resolved amicably”, he stated.
Inaugurating the household court docket at Parlakhemundi in Gajapati district in digital mode, the Chief Justice pressured the necessity for sustaining atmosphere of household courts and making them pleasant. The household court docket, which was a long-cherished want of the native Bar and folks of Gajapati district, was inaugurated within the presence of Justice BR Sarangi, Justice RK Pattnaik and Justice AK Mohapatra.
