Ganja Plants Torched In Kandhamal District Of Odisha

Kandhamal: The Excise Department and the Baliguda Police destroyed unlawful ganja cultivation value over eight crores in Kandhamal district of Odisha.
The joint crew carried out a raid on over 80 acres of land in a forest close to Surubali village of Mahasingh panchayat.
The ganja plantation was destroyed by slicing down the crops after which burning it up, mentioned Baliguda police officer Abhinav Shankar.
