GST sleuths internet Rs 30 lakh edible oil looted from Keonjhar

ROURKELA:  On path of tax evaders, the Rourkela enforcement unit of Commercial Tax (CT) & GST stumbled upon two vehicles carrying Rs 30 lakh value edible oil looted from Keonjhar’s Telkoi at Kuanrmunda on Wednesday evening. Deputy commissioner of CT&GST, Rourkela Ramesh Mandal mentioned the enforcement unit intercepted two vehicles en path to Bihar on January 13 evening close to Kuanrmunda.

The truck drivers have been carrying pretend buy and method invoice and on additional verification, it emerged that the edible oil was truly looted from Keonjhar district. The drivers additional acknowledged that they’d loaded the oil on behalf of 1 Pappu Singh of Vedvyas in Rourkela.
