Informing in regards to the pointers as determined by the Centre, Health and Family Welfare Department Director and Odisha Vaccine In-charge Bijay Panigrahi  stated individuals beneath 18 years, pregnant girls and breastfeeding moms will not be permitted to take the vaccine pictures.
