Bhubaneswar: The UNESCO World Heritage, Sun Temple and its periphery in Konark is all set to bear a makeover. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday gave a thumbs as much as the draft of Konark Heritage Area Development Plan.
