Bhubaneswar: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Director-General Dr Mrutyunjay Mohapatra knowledgeable on Friday that, the primary ever lightning and thunderstorm analysis institute shall be arrange in Odisha.
According to sources, the analysis institute shall be arrange in Balasore district of Odisha and shall be one in every of its variety in India.
Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Ministry of Earth Sciences, will collaborate to type the institute.
