Maa Tarini Temple To Reopen From Tomorrow, SOPs Released | OTV News

Keonjhar: The Maa Tarini Temple at Ghatagaon in Keonjhar district will reopen its doorways for devotees from tomorrow i.e. January 18 after a closure of greater than 9 months as a result of Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns.
A sequence of pointers have been issued by the Maa Tarini Thakurani Temple Trust Board to make sure devotees have protected and hygienic darshan in view of the continuing pandemic.
While the sanctum sanctorum of the shrine will open at 6 am tomorrow, devotees can be allowed to enter the temple for basic darshan after all of the morning rituals, knowledgeable the President of Maa Tarini Thakurani Temple Trust Board, Rajendra Patnaik.
Devotees can be permitted to have the darshan of Maa Tarini in two time slots, between 8 am to 12.30 pm and 4 pm to six.30 pm every single day, added Patnaik.
At first, the households of the servitors can be granted permission for darshan tomorrow between 8 am to 9 am following which different individuals can be allowed for the darshan. Children beneath 10 years have been restricted to go to the shrine.
Devotees can be allowed entry from Gate No- 3 after correct sanitisation of their palms and can exit from Gate No-4. People coming to conduct puja of their new automobiles can be allowed entry from Gate No-5, stated the temple authorities.
Elaborate association have been made contained in the temple premises to keep away from gathering and preserve bodily distancing and use of masks can be obligatory always, inside and outdoors the shrine. Barricades have been put in to make sure individuals enter the temple in well-spaced queues.
Not greater than 25 to 30 can be allowed contained in the shrine at a time. Coconuts, flowers, bhoga, dipa and dhupa can’t be carried and lighting of diyas have been prohibited contained in the temple by the devotees.
