Mahanga Double Murder: ‘Accused Named Odisha Law Minister In Last Phone Call’

Cuttack: Prafulla Biswal, the prime accused in Mahanga double homicide case, in his final telephone name claimed that he was framed within the case by Odisha Minister Pratap Jena, alleged Ramakant Baral, son of deceased BJP chief Kulamani Baral on Monday.
Baral claimed that Prafulla had made a telephone name to him earlier than his dying.
