Baripada: Defying all odds, a lady from the tribal-dominated Mayurbhanj district of Odisha emerged winner of Opera Miss India Contest Season 2.
Subhangi Jana has introduced laurels for Odisha by successful the national-level magnificence contest which was performed by way of digital mode.
More than 200 members from throughout India have been chosen for the ultimate spherical and Subhangi adjudged the winner.
Subhangi, a Plus II second 12 months Arts scholar of Baripada College, thanked her dad and mom, her photographer, designer and make-up artist for her success. She needs to participate in Femina Miss India contest in future and grow to be a high mannequin and actress.
“Earlier, I had participated in Kalinga Sundari and emerged first runner-up. I came across the Opera Miss India Contest Season 2 through internet and filled up form. After the audition, the organiser gave tasks to the participants. The final round was held on February 7, and I emerged winner,” mentioned an elated Subhangi.
