Sonepur: In a tragic incident, a nine-year-old minor boy was charred to loss of life after home caught fireplace at Sankara village within the district within the wee hours of Sunday.
According to sources, the hearth broke out because of fuel leak and it quickly engulfed the home when the boy was asleep.
The boy sustained crucial burn accidents within the mishap and rushed to hospital. He succumbed to his accidents whereas present process remedy, sources stated.
On being knowledgeable in regards to the mishap, Fire division officers rushed to the spot and doused the flame.
In a separate fireplace mishap, as many as eight cattle charred to loss of life after a hearth broke out at a shed at Karuna village in Kakatpur of Puri district late final night time. The blaze was doused by the villagers.
