New Delhi: Mother of the Nayagarh minor woman, who was allegedly sexually assaulted and murdered by a minor boy at Jadupur village has moved to the Apex courtroom looking for justice.
As per stories, the lady has filed a petition in Supreme Court looking for CBI investigation of the case.
It is to be famous {that a} Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been shaped by the State Crime Branch to probe the case. IPS Arun Bothra is heading the SIT group. The SIT has arrested a minor boy of the village on this connection. However, in accordance with the deceased’s dad and mom one other individual named Babuli Nayak is concerned within the alleged homicide and thus not happy with the probe by the SIT.
