Odisha Education Minister Reviews COVID-19 Norms In Schools – ODISHA BYTES
1 min readBhubaneswar: School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash reviewed the state of affairs in colleges in Odisha after they reopened.
“I have visited several district schools during the pandemic. I reviewed whether COVID-19 guidelines can be adhered to when these are reopened,” Dash stated.
“We have reduced the syllabus by 30 per cent in schools. The authorities say that classes are being conducted in a coordinated manner and all the guidelines are being adhered to,” he added.
Notably, colleges in Odisha reopened for Classes X and XII on January 8 whereas schools and universities resumed for final-year college students on January 11.
