Bhubaneswar: The Odisha authorities on Thursday launched the draft architectural plan for the Konark heritage hall mission.
The Works Department introduced the draft plan to apprise Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of the design of the proposed mission, at a digital assembly.
As per the draft plan, the next works will probably be taken up for the proposed mission:
—Six-laning of three.5-km outer ring street of Konark—Development of all roads in Konark connecting the Sun Temple—Construction of pavement for pedestrians—More pointers between Bhubaneswar and Konark—Landscaping of 30 acre of land in entrance of the temple—Construction of a pretty entry plaza to welcome the vacationers—Construction of a multi-modal hub for the parking of automobiles—Renovation of open-air theatre on the temple premises—Rehabilitation of the road distributors
Among others, 5T secretary VK Pandian, Chief Secretary Suresh Mahapatra, Electronics & Information Technology, Sports & Youth Services minister Tusharkanti Behera and senior officers of the departments involved had been current.
