Bhubaneswar: The state authorities on Thursday suspended secretaries of 15 main cooperative societies and dismissed a knowledge entry operator in several districts for alleged irregularities in paddy procurement in 2020-21 Kharif season and disobeying authorities order.
According to a authorities launch, the suspension orders have been issued to secretaries of Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) underneath Central Cooperative Banks of Sambalpur, Balangir, Boudh and Keonjhar. The dismissed information entry operator belonged to Sadha PACS in Keonjhar district.
