Bhubaneswar: The State Transport division will quickly go hi-tech to penalise violators as a part of its technique to attenuate lack of human lives in street accidents in Odisha.

As per plans, GPS techniques will probably be put in in public transport autos together with buses, taxis and faculty buses.
