Keonjhar: A day after miscreants attacked the non-public safety officer (PSO) and the driving force of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president NIranjan Patnaik close to Kashipur in Keonjhar district, police on Monday detained a youth, Sanjay Mohanty, for interrogation.
Police stated efforts are on to catch the others who have been concerned within the incident.
Meanwhile, the OPCC president accused members of the BJP Yuva Morcha for the assault.
The BJP has orchestrated the assault because the Congress has raised voice towards its flawed coverage choices, Patnaik informed the media on Monday. The saffron occasion ought to chorus from such cowardly acts, he added.
