Orissa High Court happy over Nayagarh minor homicide investigation

BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa High Court on Tuesday expressed its satisfaction over the progress made within the investigation of homicide of a five-year-old lady in Nayagarh district. While listening to petitioner Padmalaya Mohapatra and extra authorities advocate for the State Debakanta Mohanty, Chief Justice S Muralidhar and Justice S Panda mentioned the court docket is happy that good progress has been made within the investigation which is now underneath the cost of Special Investigation Team (SIT). So far, the Court has been introduced with three standing experiences on December 15, December 23 and January 11.  Next listening to within the case has been mounted on March 25.
