PM Modi, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik condole demise of Padma Shri D Prakash Rao

Cuttack: Social employee Padma Shri D Prakash Rao handed away on the age of 63 on Wednesday afternoon in Cuttack of Odisha. He reportedly died as a consequence of mind stroke. Emergency officer of SCB Dr. Bhubanananda Maharana intimated about his dying.
