Second Consignment of Covishield Reaches Bhubaneswar – ODISHA BYTES

Bhubaneswar: The second consignment of Covishield from Serum Institute, Pune reached Odisha by SpiceJet cargo flight.
Sources within the Health and Family Welfare Department mentioned Serum Institute of India (SII) dispatched 3,34,500 doses as said earlier.
The vials have been taken to the State Vaccine Store in three autos and saved on the premises of the workplace of Odisha State Medical Corporation Ltd (OSMCL) at Mancheswar. The vials will likely be despatched to districts from the shop.
It could also be recalled that out of a complete of three.28 lakh well being employees shortlisted for the vaccination, about 1.92 lakh will likely be vaccinated within the first part that’s scheduled to be accomplished by January 25.
