Suspended IFS Officer Abhay Pathak And Son Granted Conditional Bail

Bhubaneswar: Suspended IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak and his son Akash Pathak had been granted conditional bail by the Special Vigilance Court on Wednesday.
According to studies, the contaminated IFS Officer and his son had been granted bail as a consequence of non-submission of the charge-sheet by the Vigilance division inside two months or 60 days.
The father-son duo had been granted bail after a interval of two months from the date of arrest  underneath a bail bond of Rs 2 lakh every and two guarantors.
