Ballia News: Accused of raping a minor and forcibly changing

A 22-year-old man has been arrested by the police in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping a minor, making pornographic movies of him and forcing him to forcibly convert to marriage. The accused and his father have been arrested by the police on Tuesday whereas they have been attempting to flee. A case of misdemeanor and unlawful conversion has been registered along with numerous sections of the Poxo Act. Ballia Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada stated, ‘A Muslim youth forcibly entered the minor’s home on January 11 and raped her. She then pressured him to transform by making pornographic movies. ‘According to the police, on January 13, the lady knowledgeable her dad and mom of this inhuman crime she had dedicated. Since the accused and his household are domineering. Therefore, the lady’s relations have been unable to muster the braveness to lodge a criticism towards her. Finally on Monday, the sufferer’s father filed a criticism on the police station, on the idea of which a case was registered towards the accused. .
